Dan founded the ICAT Logistics Detroit Agency in 1994 and has led its remarkable growth ever since. The son of a U.S. Air Force master sergeant working on nuclear missile sites, Dan learned early in life the importance of details in handling complex challenges. His vision and his passion for exacting process has been a key driver in three decades of logistics success. Dan is a committed family man who enjoys nothing more than spending time with his children and grandchildren. He is engaged in philanthropy and helping others to succeed. In his spare time, Dan also enjoys golf.

Katie Cser

Chief People & Policy Officer

After obtaining her law degree from Brooklyn Law School and working in private practice for over ten years, Katie joined ICAT Logistics Detroit. In her current role, Katie is responsible for overseeing the agency’s compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations. She is also responsible for the agency’s human resources and accounting departments as well as managing vendor relationships. Katie is a member of professional and industry associations including Women in Defense, the Automotive Women’s Alliance Foundation, and Vistage Michigan. In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time with her family, skiing, golfing, and playing the flute with the Birmingham Concert Band, where she is also a member of the board.

Chris Cser

Director, International Logistics

Chris’s expertise in global logistics is tied to his experience growing up and marrying into a military family. That background has helped him build the skills to develop a worldwide network of trusted partners over the past three decades. His leadership in international logistics is enhanced by his continuous education including extensive travel in Europe, Asia, Mexico and the Middle East to see port operations for himself. In his off hours, Chris is a sports enthusiast who enjoys cooking. As the father of a son with Coffin Siris Syndrome, Chris devotes significant time to advocating on behalf of people with CSS and autism.

Niel Clavano

Terminal Manager

Neil leads a world-class team of logistics professionals who move freight around the world. An expert in operations, Neil holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from AMA University and has more than twenty years experience in global logistics. His commitment to customer communications and his insights into global shipping gleaned from first-hand experience make him an indispensable logistics professional.

Renee Sarb

Business Development Director

With skills in agile project management and strategic planning, Renee is instrumental in creating a culture of success within the ICAT Detroit agency through continued education, retention strategies, and business development opportunities. Renee holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Michigan State University and has extensive experience leading marketing and project management teams at global agencies in metro Detroit. A director of sponsorship for Women in Defense Michigan, Renee enjoys golf, travel, and spending time with family, friends, and her lovable goldendoodle.
